Take The Time To Remember Your Blessings
We are going thru a lot right now in this world. But I want you to take some time this morning to give some gratitude to your life and your situation.
I know it’s not perfect. I know things could be going better. I know it’s tough to keep moving when the world keeps throwing curveballs our way. But the truth is:
The fact that you’re alive, breathing and reading this is a blessing.
In moments of darkness and uncertainty, clutching to our gratitude is a must. We know things can be better and we have to keep working. At the same time, we have to recognize the face that we are still here to fight the battle of life is a miracle in and of itself.
Action Step: Take the time this morning to do a 5 – Minute Affirmation.
- Write down 5 things you are thankful for and meditate on them.
- Write down 5 things you believe will change your current situation and meditate on those things as well.
- Write down 5 things you need to remove from your life to accelerate your growth — and meditate.
Each meditation moment should last 3-5 minutes. Just sit and think about the thoughts you’ve written down. Maybe repeat them to yourself.
Manifest your greatness this morning. But before you can do that, take the time be grateful for where you are because without accepting where you are, you would not be able to go where you’re headed.
Remember: You have survived 100% of your bad days. And that is your greatest blessing.
